Our club was founded in 1976 in Chirnside Park and plays in the Kilsyth and Mountain District Basketball Association competition (K&MDBA) Fosters currently have over 350+ girls and boys in teams from Miniball through to U23's in all skill levels from beginners to A grade. We pride ourselves on being a family friendly club and place great importance in good sportsmanship and providing a happy, healthy and safe sporting environment for all player’s and families.
The club has fostered great players who have played in women’s and men’s SEABL and NBL level. We are also very proud of the numerous Fosters players who play for Kilsyth Cobras, Warrandyte Venom and Ringwood Hawks Clubs in the Victorian Junior Basketball League Friday night competition.
